Spring air conditioning and fall furnace maintenance, offered as one-, two- and three-year plans.
Heating and cooling equipment in southwest Ohio works through humid summers and cold winters. Dirty coils, worn parts and clogged filters wear a system down quietly, and the first sign is often a breakdown on the hottest or coldest day of the year. Regular maintenance finds those problems while they are still small. We do spring AC maintenance and fall furnace maintenance. Our NATE-certified technicians check the equipment, look at the filter and the airflow through the house, and explain what they find in plain terms. If something needs attention soon, we tell you so you can plan for it. We offer three maintenance plans: Basic for 1 year, Standard for 2 years and Platinum for 3 years. Basic covers one visit per year in spring or fall. Standard and Platinum cover two visits per year, one for the AC in spring and one for the furnace in fall. Common questions
Which maintenance plan should I choose?
Basic is one visit a year. Standard and Platinum add a second visit so both the AC and the furnace are checked every year. Call us and we will help you pick based on your equipment.
When should I schedule maintenance?
Air conditioning is best checked in spring, before the first hot days. Furnaces are best checked in fall, before you need the heat every day.
Do you maintain systems that someone else installed?
Yes. Our technicians work on all brands and models of central air systems, whether or not we installed them.
